WOD:
Death by 10m
-set up cones or lines 10 m apart
-every minute on the minute add 10 more meters of running.
-you must touch past the cone or line with hand except the last lap.
-goal is to go as far as possible.
WOD: tabata
5 exercises
8 rounds of each exercise
20 sec work/10 sec rest
-move from one exercise to the next after all 8 rounds are complete
-no rest between exercises
-counts total reps (normal tabata is counting lowest reps of each round)
